Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all coaching services provided by Mark Kristić Life Coaching.
Nature of Services
Coaching sessions are scheduled time reserved exclusively for each client. Because of this, different refund rules apply compared to physical products.
Payment
All coaching sessions and packages must be paid in advance through the available payment methods.
Payment confirms acceptance of this policy.
Digital Service Acknowledgment
By purchasing coaching services delivered online, the client acknowledges that the service begins upon scheduling or delivery of the session and agrees that the right of withdrawal applicable to digital or time-based services may no longer apply once the service has started.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may result in the session being forfeited.
No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered completed and is non-refundable.
Refunds
Due to the nature of coaching services:
Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at our sole discretion.
Cancellation by Provider
If a session must be canceled by Mark Kristić Life Coaching, the client will be offered either:
rescheduling, or
a full refund for the affected session.
